NOTE: When ordering parasite preparations, please specify whether you require the organisms prepared live in PBS or dead in formalin.

Before shipping Infectious Substances, we must have the following information:
» Current and Complete Shipping and Billing Addresses
» Contact Name and Telephone Number
» Required Date for Shipment
» Import Permit* (if applicable)
NOTE: Infectious agents can only be shipped to clients located at an established research or testing institution-using a purchase order from that institution and an address located at that institution.

| Shipping Information |
Quoted shipping costs do not include international duty, value-added tax (VAT), GST tax, or customs-clearing charges which will be charged to the customer. Waterborne™, Inc. will only accept responsibility for duties and taxes when specifically requested at the time of the order.

| Import Permits |
Clients are responsible for providing valid, signed importation permits or other official documents, if required by the country of the recipient.
The import permit must be provided to us by FAX, email or mail before we can ship. Certain destinations may require pre-payment by bank wiring or other means.
The FedEx.com website includes a search engine for paperwork required by different customs departments. Please visit www.fedex.com for information regarding required documents by your country.

Shipping of infectious agents is provided by FedEx; however, the recipient may make arrangements with World Courier or other couriers able to ship infectious agents.

Net 30 days. Payments may be wired directly to our bank*. Please inquire as to our bank wiring information. We appreciate your prompt payment.
*There is a $35.00 dollar (minimum) service charge for bank transfers and clients are responsible for all additional bank charges.
