Giardia lamblia & Cryptosporidium parvum in water particulates, stained with Aqua-Glo™ G/C Direct, FL. (A100FL) (Learmonth, Ionas, Brown,1)

Giardia lamblia & Giardia muris cysts, mixed in suspension. Differential staining with Aqua-Glo ™ G/C Direct, Dual Fluorochrome, FL/Cy3. (A100DF)
Note: The Giardia muris cysts fluoresce golden yellow when viewed under a fluorescein filter set due to dual staining with fluorescein and Cy3. (Learmonth, Ionas, Brown,1)

Cryptosporidium parvum oocysts captured by paramagnetic glass "beads", then stained with Crypt-a-Glo™ , FL. (A400FL) (Learmonth, Ionas, Brown,1)

Giardia muris cyst (left) and Giardia lamblia cyst (right) stained with Aqua-Glo™ G/C Direct, Dual Fluorochrome, FL/Cy3. (A100DF) (Stibbs,3)

Giardia lamblia cysts stained with Aqua-Glo™, G/C Direct, Cy3. (A100Cy3) (Wallis,2)

Oocysts of Cryptosporidium parvum stained with Aqua-Glo™ G/C Direct, Cy3. (A100Cy3) (Wallis,2)

Cryptosporidium parvum oocysts in water particulates. The two oocysts fluorescing green were stained with Crypt-a-Glo™, FL. The oocyst (right) fluorescing blue was stained separately with Crypt-a-Glo™, AF555 (equivalent to Cy2). The two preparations were stained in suspension and combined prior to applying the sample to a slide. (Stibbs,3)
